Inside Sales / Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join the PacketWatch Sales Department as an Inside Sales/Account Executive. The ideal candidate will work to expand our Managed Detection and Response client portfolio by creating quality leads and booking sales appointments.

This position will be In-Office to begin and has the opportunity to become hybrid after a 3-month ramp period.

Inside Sales / Account Executive Requirements

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, focused and organized individua
  • Minimum of 1-3 years Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) experience
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B selling in technology industry, cybersecurity or IT selling is a plus
  • Experience and comfort with cold outreach (cold calling, cold email)
  • Experience and confidence in consultative selling methods and pitching multiple product and service offerings
  • Experience setting sales calls meetings and handoffs to senior sales executives
  • Ability to work and thrive in a rapidly changing marketplace and industry
  • Embrace team selling and self-development
  • HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
  • ZoomInfo experience is a plus

Inside Sales / Account Executive Job Responsibilities

  • Building and managing your own book of business while collaborating with sales executives, the marketing department, channel partners, and others
  • Ability to overcome objections raised by knowledgeable cybersecurity and IT professionals
  • Leveraging your professional skillset to drive conversations with top-level cybersecurity and IT executives and managers
  • 100 dials a day minimum (once your pipeline is built, dial requirements will decrease accordingly)
  • Working leads full cycle; Cold outreach to close
  • Leveraging tools like Zoominfo and HubSpot to record sales activities and prospect
  • Staying up to date on the latest cybersecurity services, tools, and companies in order to provide a consultative and comprehensive selling experience to clients
